I love advertising, and I love design.
My independent research project last term was my baby. The results weren't what I had expected or wanted, but as I analyzed them further and fleshed out my ideas, I saw I had still uncovered something useful (albeit hard to justify, given the lack of representativeness in my sample), interesting, and worth exploring. It was not the experiment construction, the literature review, or the countless hours with SPSS that made the project special; it was the results, as frustrating and counterintuitive as they seemed. It was the final product.
I love finding something new.
Had I not written the majority of them between the hours of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM, I probably would've loved all of the papers I wrote for Sue last term too.
I want to write, and I want to create.
What do I do with that?
