I go back to school on August 30.

There is a disadvantage to planning ahead. I really, really want to go to grad school now. I get past this by reminding myself that this next term is going to be awesomely wonderful with all of its Russian politics and developmental economics and Locke and Rousseau, and I cannot contain my excitement for my independent study winter term (which is tentatively titled "American Perspectives on Terrorism" and will involve extensive research into how we define terrorism and our conceptions of how it works).

Oh, life is exciting!
