Final Irony
One of the most believable stories I've read in a while. Darkly funny, too, if you happen to have a sick sense of humor like I do.
Viewing Material
Playground Punk

Doesn't that just crack you up? I love it. More here.
Listening Material
Some Harder-to-Find Treasures
Broken Spindles: Downtown Venues (Saddle Creek's other electronic band, Broken Spindles sometimes gets lost in the shadow of The Faint. It's an undeserved position, though. Definitely worth a listen.)
The Faint: Your Retro Career Melted (Third-best track off of Danse Macabre, in my opinion. Warning: very, very catchy.)
AFI: Ziggy Stardust (David Bowie cover) (This takes more than one listen. When I first heard it, I didn't really like it, but after listening to it a few more times, it grew on me. Now it's one of my favorite covers ever done by AFI.)
Shiny Toy Guns: Turn to Real Life (This lovely track was included when STG originally released We Are Pilots as an independent record. After being taken on by a major label, however, the track was dropped from the album. Big mistake, in my opinion.)
Just a Moment
