Sure, some of them don't understand that when I give them a list of names labeled "contacts", they should probably contact those people, but some of them write beautifully and interview upwards of 10 people (10 people!) and are dedicated enough to come work with me for an hour.
This must be what it's like to do a job you love (because the money certainly isn't worth it).
