Say you have a coworker. She has the exact same job title as you; therefore, she has absolutely no reason to think that she is your superior besides the fact that a) she is older than you and b) she has worked there a little bit longer than you. This coworker takes it upon herself to criticize you for everything that you do whether you are doing it right or not. She even repeatedly checks over your work, which is not standard procedure for anyone. She does not do this to anyone else besides you. You often notice flaws in her work but usually do not point them out to her for fear of bringing yourself down to her level. You would especially like to point out that your actual supervisor has repeatedly pointed out that your work is better than hers. It's getting to the point that you can't stand to work at the same time that she does because everything that comes out of her mouth is sugar-coated negativity. What do you do?
(Another thing about her: she turns off your music and plays crap in its place. What is that?)
