So

I've been avoiding this thing. I'm not sure why. Maybe I'm trying to work something out with the voices in my head. Or perhaps I'm attempting to regain my muse, which, of course, comes about by ceasing to write. Ha.

Inspiration comes in unexpected places, aka Emily Miller's "Craptastic Popular Culture" blog, which amused me to no end.

Maybe later I'll do a "2007 in review" kind of thing. I don't know. I don't like living in the past. I don't like taking pictures. I don't like freezing memories. Memories were meant to grow and change, not stay locked in a 4x6 square of processed color.

Not stay locked in 10 KB of computerized ink.

Not stay locked in a few sentence fragments.

(And parallelism is supposed to, you know, work.)

Regaining the muse could help with that.

Maybe I should work on that.

Maybe we should work it on out.

Maybe if you returned my calls.
